Live Dodgers vs Rockies

The Colorado Rockies looked dead and buried in the early stages of the season. The were hanging in the cellar, looking like they had no chance at getting into playoff contention. Then, they fired their manager Clint Hurdle and replaced him with Jim Tracy. They haven't looked back since then. They Rockies have been on a torrent pace since then and have sky rocketed up the standings. The Dodgers have gone in the opposite way. LA started off the season looking like the best team in baseball and runaway winners for the division. However, they have been in a terrible slide. The Dodgers have lost all of their momentum. Their lead has been trimmed down to just three games. Tonight, they start a massive three game series.

The Dodgers took an early 2-0 lead, but the Rockies have came back to take a 4-2 lead thanks to homers by Hawpe and Barmes. The Dodgers have just rallied to get two in the ninth. Manny got the big hit with two outs to score Furcal and tie the game at 4-4.

Live Updates: Bases Loaded for Russell Martin 2 outs. 9th Inning. Holy Cow! Martin pops up in foul territory and would have been an easy play, but the ball hits the suspension wire.
All for not though,  Martin flies out. Bottom of the ninth.
Rockies get a man on with 1 out
Iannetta strikes out to end the Inning, going to extras!
Rockies must be exhausted
Dodgers go down 1-2-3, onto the bottom of the 10th
One team is going to come with a massive victory, the other a crushing loss
Leadoff walk to Stewart, Gonzalez coming up.
Big Development: Gonzalez bunt is a great one and Loney's throw gets away. First and 3rd with no outs! Quintanilla up for the win: Gonzalez takes 2nd. McDonald strikes him out! One down. Helton will now be walked and Tulowitzki will have the next chance.
Tulowitzki lines it to center and the Rockies win it! Their second incredible victory and they are now just 2 out! The Rockies have a ton of momentum after these two sensational victories. What a dramatic end of the season it is going to be!
